The Baylon Cocktail is a great choice for any event because it tastes great with bourbon, pineapple, and pear. The richness of the bourbon goes well with the sweetness of the pineapple and pear liqueur, making a refreshing and well-balanced drink.

Ingredients: 2 oz bourbon. 1 oz pineapple juice. 0.5 oz pear liqueur. Splash of simple syrup. Pineapple slice and mint sprig for garnish.

Instructions: Put bourbon, pineapple juice, pear liqueur, and simple syrup in a shaker. Put in ice and shake it well. Pour through a strainer into an ice-filled glass that is already cold. Put a slice of pineapple and a mint sprig on top to look nice.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!! Enjoy the 'Green No. 7' on me... This is a twist on one of my favorite rum alternative cocktails, the Chartreuse Swizzle. In a cocktail shaker, combine: 1 oz Green Chartreuse 1 oz Pineapple Juice 3/4 oz Lime Juice 1/2 oz Pernod Absinthe 1/2 oz Ty-Ku Soju Liqueur 1/4 oz Pear Schnapps 1/4 tsp Becherovka Liqueur Shake with plenty of ice for 10 seconds and strain into a Collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a spent lime shell and add a green straw.
