Pec, peje or ipek. Call it what you want. a City with a long history. conquered by the serbs, albanians and ottomans. Everyone wants the ownership of it. 

This city was ravaged when the kosovo war happened. The albanian population fled to the neighbouring states. the albanians who stayed were rounded up and locked in the school. The house of every albanian living here was burned down.
