Rosie and Alastor had a....complicated big sis/little brother dynamic

I mean, Rosie is a powerful sorceress and a terrifying manipulator

And then those 2 bayou sorcerers adopted Mimzy, who is a non magical born

Cherri is like the bonus little sister of Angel Dust who is like captain of the Huskerdust fan club

She keeps putting in the good word of Huskerdust despite the drama

Then Angel Dust becomes q Cherrisnake publicist

Velvette is a Voxval publicist

And Molly is an EmilNiss publicist

Sometimes a couple needs a publicist/hype person

Cherri and her 2 older brothers ran away from drug addict abusive ' parents ' into an orphanage, and so they often rely on each other

And then with the Pendleton clan ( Pentious' family ), Cherri found a real family

Its messy, its complicated, but the Pendletons have real love for each other

Cherri gets along very well with Alexandra Pembroke ( Pentious' paternal grandma ), Kristina Svarstad ( Pentious' mom ) and Solveig Pendelton ( Pentious' younger sister ), all witty and sharp glamorous ladies and such

In fact, Cherri came to remind Pentious of his grandma, mom and sister in spades

I mean, his grandma, mom and sister are more spirited high society ladies, yet you get me

Cherri genuinely enjoys visiting her future in laws in Purgatory visits btw

William Pendleton ( Pentious' naval grandpa and husband of Alexandra ) and Llewellyn III Pendleton ( father of Pentious ) genuinely enjoy debating weapon machinations with Cherri

According to Llewellyn, ' Back in the 19th century, it's not every day that a European lady is so skilled in weaponry, so to see my son's future wife being so skilled in weaponry is delightfully refreshing. '

Ofc Llewellyn III meant it as a compliment, ofc

Male pirates in general respect female pirates

And the Pendletons were amongst the naval families active in the Golden Age of Piracy

So the Pendletons often see Cherri as a ' swashbuckling pirate of a different era ' ( Cherri loves that compliment )

A reason why the Pendletons became snakes is cuz they often feel connected to sea serpents

So

The Pendletons' relationships with Cherri is like the Goetias' relationships with Blitz

At first surprise, then intrigue, then some distant observations and hearing all about those 2 from Pentious and Stolas, before finally meeting those 2

And Blitz and Cherri get along well with their fancy future in laws in their own chaotic ways

I always believed that Pentious did try to stop Jack tbe Ripper, yet was ultimately killed

He's not one to sit by and do nothing when he and his loved ones are at stake

But when he " failed ' to stop Jack the Ripper, he struggled to forgive himself at that for a while

But his calculations ultimately helped his family to take down Jack the Ripper, with some help from Sherlock Holmes, Dr Watson and Irene Adler

And therapy helped Pentious to finally forgive himself at that

I felt like the Pendletons are also a parallel to the Goetias, except less cosmic stakes

So ofc Pendleton allied themselves with Emily's mission soon after they reunited with Pentious in Heaven

Some of his relatives are in Purgatory, yet still

Schitt’s Creek AU where the Pendleton’s lose their money and the only thing they have to their name is a run down little Inn that Lord Pendleton bought as a joke birthday gift to Custis and now it’s where they live and they have to work there and it humbles the shit outta them
