I wanted to ask more about the lore and world building specifically about the dragons and Pendragon. So I assume that dragons exist but are they alive and how are they connected to the Pendragons? Could you tell us some lore surrounding that?

Dragons do indeed exist in the game universe, you can see that where the wedding took place, the chapel, a place built on the remains of an ancient enormous dragon. Dragons are a specie deeply connected to magic, they are attracted to it and to magic users.
They were for a long time associated with the Pendragons because, contrary to the narrative pushed by Arthur's more recent ancestors, the Pendragons were once a House of mages (just as the Venegard). Dragons were often attracted to their presence and the connection gave the name to the Pendragons.
Then, for reasons that are lost even to Arthur, there was the Purge, where there was a continent-wide hunt not only of mages, but of magic creatures as well: inclucing House mounts and dragons.
There has been no sighting of dragons since then.
