What's your favourite character and why?
What it says on the tin. Pick one (not the twins do not count as one but don't tell them that) of your favourite characters in the movie and explain yourselves. By the end of the week I'll make a post with each characters and their design (in my eyes) + reblogs/comments about why they're someone fav. (Add with who you ship them if you'd like!)

Zepotha posting once again bc I just noticed how Penelope is like a inverted version of the queen Penelope of Ithaca in greek mythology??? Does that make sense??
Like, unlike the Greek queen, she brought the campers (the suitors) even if most of them were horrible people. Contrary to the queen, they didn’t know who she was and how she was the person they were seeking. Then, like the queen, she made them challenges or waste their time. But, unlike the queen once again, she killed them off by her own plan instead of keeping the still till someone else could kill them. Also, I love the parallels of queen Penelope weaving something and unravelling it every night to keep the suitors waiting versus movie Penelope planning complicated events throughout the day and using them to achieve her plan every night while actively destroying any evidence the camp gang may have found.
Or it might just be a coincidence. Welp.
Meanwhile, Emily’s sister Penelope arrived to her father’s home, where she planned on staying for sometime.
“So, when do we begin?”
“In time my dear, in time. Perhaps some dinner is in order first?”
