I think being a huge nerd is actually kind of adorable because there’s certain fandoms that have affected your life so much. The House of Hades

Oh. My. Gods. I finished the book. I finished. Alive. This is probably my favourite book in the heroes of olympus series so far. I loved all of the character development and how Uncle Rick has woven in experiences and adventures from all of the previous books and the short stories. I was on the brink of tears at parts and crazy (Mr D kind) at others. I actually broke down, called my friend so that I could vent and shook my brother until he couldn't walk in straight lines. I have walked away from this book/battle with several new ships replacing those that have fallen. I both look forward to and dread the Blood of Olympus. One year to go until it all ends. You should most definitely read this book. Just, read it.
