I feel like after the previous episode broke our hearts, this episode was a breath of fresh air. It felt lighter and a little calmer, but it still had many ups and downs and also many good things.
1. William and Jaime's reconciliation: we were all waiting for this moment, it was very beautiful and to relive that bond from when Willie was a boy who weighed and hunted
2 Claire acting as a mother figure to William: I like the way she talked to him and helped him organize his thoughts.
3. The family dinner: I feel it was a more relaxed moment, peace after the storm (although it feels like someone is missing 💔) but it was good to see them act as a family again.
1. Marsali and the money: Her conversation with Jaime was emotional and beautiful, although it lacked some feeling. Shifting Marsali's actions from being a very strong and determined woman to having to leave again with her children, to the same place where they were in danger and she became a widow, was a slap in the face.
2. Fanny and her possible powers: As if the Faith and Jane storyline wasn't enough, now we have the possibility that Fanny is a time traveler. Unbelievable 🤦🏽♀️
3. Buck and Rob Cameron: After so much anticipation for the storyline to end, it concludes in such an empty way, without fanfare or glory. It had so much potential.
4. Lord John Grey, Percy Beauchamp, and Ezekiel Richardson:
I don't even know what to say here, they didn't bother to give weight to John's kidnapping, they tried to ruin Percy's character by using him as bait, without explaining the possible connection with Richardson, many loose ends and deficient writing and structures without development of the characters and their motivations.
