Tim and Danny have been dating for a number of months now.

Red Robin and Phantom have been dating for even longer.

Tim is trying his hardest to keep the two sides if his life separate, while Danny's laughing as his (well meaning and adorable) idiot of a boyfriend scrambles around to try and keep his identity secret.

i have this incredibly self indulgent funnybunny actors au where pomni is terminally ill and she plans on tadc being her last project

jax finds her crying one day and he tries to comfort her even tho shewont tell him whats wrong he convinces her to ditch work with him and go get ice cream or smth

and after that they become weirdly close, occasionally ditching work to go do stupid silly impulsive shit, and nobody else knows why or how they became friends

eventually they start hanging out without the excuse of work, going rock climbing for the first time togtehr, or to an amusement park just to race go carts for an hour

jax finds out shes sick bc she made a joke about how she "might never leave the circus" and he refuses to let it go until he puts the pieces together (various prescriptions in her glove box, constant doctors appointments, the way she keeps acting like nothing is going to affect her long term, as if she wouldnt even be here this time next year-

he confronts her, when he figures it out, begs her to tell him that hes wrong, that hes mistunderstood and that hes just overthinking this please just tell him hes overthinking this

but she wont. she wont even look at him, trying to blink back tears as he paces back and forth begging her to lie to him, but she cant. she couldnt. itd be too cruel.
