SWEET DAY TO YOU AS WELL! I'm so ecstatic you love my writing, and god, I'm so sorry when you went out of your way to ask, but I actually didn't plan out any rules. I kinda just went up and one day was like 'yup, need a place to vomit out words that isn't making my non-anime friends sit and go slack-jawed and jogo-eyed over things I write' and t h u s this was born. I went in with a mindset of I'll accept any requests that tingle my curiosity/interest, and if they don't I won't force myself to write them, but ahhh, I think I'm realizing that there must be a sense of disappointment in having your request rejected, right? I started realizing that after rejecting requests, so now I'm trying to think of rules, but it's difficult... Because I feel like it's hard for me to pinpoint what's going to catch my interest, I think open-ended requests tend to catch my attention more.

Like the one I just saw rn in my inbox for bllk boys that are shoujo manga coded, I went ooga booga and zero-eyed in on that like a vulture on a piece of juicy meat, and even rn my brain is half-rambling about that and GAAAH I can't wait to fully divulge my thoughts on that.

But, I digress. Also, thank you so much for giving some specifications here, by the way, I think I get what you mean by a specific reader, I would have a hard time writing for a request with a highly specific reader. And hmmm, although I think I can write short-blurbs, unless I'm really, really into an idea, I don't think I'd write a one-shot, so requests with one-shots I don't think I'd write - although I might write a short blurb-style thing for it if I like the idea.

And I'm fully into the idea of writing dark-content, no gore or non-con though, etc. I don't think I'd have fun writing omegaverse, and hmmm... What else... Oh, and I don't think I can write full nsfw requests yet, small blurbs yes, but no one-shot length pieces yet. Unless it's for an idea I already have, for example the "Absentmindedly murmurming" and "Holding hand" series, I think I might do a poll for those near the end of december-ish to pick some characters to write full-length pieces for.

But outside of pre-planned nsfw pieces, I don't have any intention of writing full-length one-shots of smut etc, mostly because I don't have any smut-writing practice AJAJAJJAAJA LOLOL I've written many things that are almost-smut or smut-adjacent, but nothing that is like SMUT-smut, ya know?? I always stop one step too short, NOT ANYMORE THOUGH 🙈🙈🙈

Well, like I said, my sphere of interest tends to be nebulous! I'll add more stuff here as I think of it, but for now I think this is it. Also, don't worry about breaking rules etc when requesting, it won't make me feel bad or uncomfortable, at most I just won't do anything with it LOL 😭😭😭

Also off-topic but blue is my favourite colour so I went a lil puppy-rabid when I saw that blue heart

Omgggg Perry, you love Chihayafuru? 😭🫶 I love it so much, it was my tiny obsession at some point - it’s such a cozy anime to die for, I swear. Before I watched Blue Lock and Haikyuu if someone asked me for my fav sports anime I’d always say Chihayafuru and they’d be “wait it’s about playing cards da fuq” and tbh they have a point but ITS AMAZING

YES OMG, I love Chihayafuru so much... it's such a well-written series and it's so pretty and the characters are so compelling and aGHHHHH, it's such a comfort series to me because of the atmosphere as well! The music... the feeling... the colour palatte, art style... everything about it is just so *chef's kisses* for me, I've rewatched it about 4 times by now tbh, it got me so interested in Japanese poetry as well, so that's another plus! AND AHHHH I get what you mean about it being about playing cards, but the game itself is so nuanced and layered and just GRRR, it showed me that there is a lot more to sports than I thought! Tbh even now, out of every sports anime I've watched (not a lot I'll admit) it's still my fav!

AND AHHH, I have a lot to say about the ships too!! I've always been a TaiChihaya shipper, but I didn't particular mind the thought of her ending up with Arata (it's her choice and her feelings after all, can't control those) BUT I've always been incredibly fascinated with how different her feelings for both of them are. But I'll stop rambling here for now lolol!
