I'm a birb artist who's new to Tumblr, any advice?

honestly the best advice I can say is to stick to your guns, keep drawing, and eventually you'll build an audience for what you do that's unique to you. Also when tagging, the first 5 tags are what count the most, so make sure you use them wisely!

ill be honest with you bud, art is trial and error. you're gonna make a lot stuff that doesn't quite look how you want it to. (heck even i still dont like how my art looks sometimes)

but that's how you learn! when you look back at all the art you've made, yeah, you're gonna see all your mistakes. but making those mistakes helped you learn. you can only get better with time.

(also keep in mind, everybody progresses at different rates. it took me ages to get where i am now. like, i only started doing art seriously 6 years ago, and i hated what my art looked like then. but if i hadn't started, i wouldn't be where im at now.)
