120ml water
120ml milk
1/4tsp salt
2tsp sugar
125g all-purpose flour
225g or 4 large eggs, beaten
Cook pastry until 124-165C, cool pastry <140C
incorporate eggs in food processor & rest for 30min
Crackling: 100g butter/brown sugar/flour + salt
Bake 400C 12-15 minutes, 325C for 12-15 minutes

1 Corinthians 12:8 [ESV] For to one is given through the SPIRIT the utterance of wisdom, and to another the utterance of knowledge according to the same SPIRIT, 9 to another faith by the same SPIRIT, to another gifts of healing by that one SPIRIT
The HOLY SPIRIT reveals JESUS to us, WHO is the Word of GOD [JESUS = chokma]; so that is why Solomon, though gifted as the wisest man in history still failed to grasp wisdom of GOD.
For this reason, the light of the Ein Sof, blessed be HE, WHO can in no way be comprehended by any thought, is vested in [chochmah]. Those faculties whose functions are intelligence & comprehension cannot serve as receptacles for the light of the Ein Sof, for knowledge cannot grasp the unknowable.
Only chochmah, which ITSELF is higher than comprehension, can receive this light. Hence, all Jews, even the women & the illiterate, who have no knowledge of GOD’s greatness, believe in GOD, since faith is beyond understanding and comprehension, i.e., faith represents the ability to grasp that which the intellect cannot, as Proverbs 14:14 says: “The fool believes everything, but the clever man understands.” That is, the fool, lacking understanding, grasps every subject through the medium of faith, while the clever man’s grasp is based on reason. However, this derogation of the fool for approaching every idea with faith can apply only where the subject of his belief is within the grasp of reason.
[This means the moment he stops to think about it, that is when his faith ceases bc now his grasp of reason defies the basis of his faith, which always assumed GOD is here serve the role of his personal cosmic butler, and to kowtow to his will & testament, rather than the other way around; which reminiscent of the time when many of JESUS' Disciples turned from HIM. I am not disagreeing with the Tanya, I do think that the SPIRIT of GOD has a way of reveal truths to any of GOD's chosen ppl.]
