Delicious and healthy Peruvian chicken skewers with a burst of flavor from the marinade. Perfect for grilling and serving as a tasty appetizer or main dish.
Ingredients: 1 lb chicken breast, cut into cubes. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon cumin. 1 teaspoon paprika. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric. Salt and pepper to taste. Wooden skewers, soaked in water.
Instructions: Mix cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and pepper with olive oil in a bowl. Toss the chicken cubes in the bowl until they are covered all over. Put it in the fridge for at least 30 minutes with the lid on. Warm the grill up to a medium-high level. Put chicken that has been marinated on skewers made of wet wood. Skewers should be cooked for 6 to 8 minutes on each side, or until chicken is fully cooked and has a little char on it. Serve hot with a sauce made of cilantro.
