Jack Falahee as Connor Walsh and Matt McGorry as Asher Millstone in a deleted scene from How to get away with murder 6x15, "Stay".
Peter Nowalk via Twitter: "Deleted scene alert: We only had 43 minutes for our final, so here's @MattMcGorry in his final #HTGAWM scene. Thank you Matt for bringing heart, laughter, & one-of-a-kind dance moves to all of us." Matt: "Thanks, @petenowalk , for sharing this deleted scene from the final episode EVER of #HTGAWM airing this Thursday night! Asher has a beard in your dreams, in case you didn’t know. Love you all! ❤️🌼🌺🌸@howtogetawayabc"
Quei Tran as Peyton Osborn
The Trans actress recurs in season six of ABC’s How to Get Away with Murder, as a law student and member of the Legal Clinic.
HTGAWM: Why was (timely) Death the only way for Annalise to find peace?
I thought I needed more time to reflect, but fuck that.
FUCK giving Annalise more trauma over the shit load she’s already been through. From being poor, having her father disappear, her rape, losing her baby, drowning in alcoholism, her mother having dementia and being mixed up in murder and conspiracy and lost love and having people she loves constantly telling her she is incapable of the emotion, when all she does is give and love. I am sick of witnessing her pain without a resolution.
And then you’re just gonna have her win and then lose her best friends? Her first team? Her family?? Frank AND Bonnie? IN HER ARMS??
You can’t let her win?? Have some happiness for even a moment?
And yes, she moves on. Becomes a mentor to Christoph and finds love with Teagan, but as a black woman, seeing someone who looks like me and my family, being crucified even when she’s supposed to be happy kills me.
For fuckssake, the true story of Sam’s murder never even gets revealed. And I get it Peter, you wanna show how life isn’t fair and the innocent are hurt and guilty get to walk free in real life, but give HER A BREAK.
Why can’t she end this one episode, this series, happy? With Bonnie and Frank at the funeral? Hell, maybe even together with children?
HELL. WHY WAS THERE EVEN A FUNERAL?? Why was death the only way for Annalise to find peace? Was life just set up for her to always feel pain and loss and suffering? Seems fucking like it. I get putting your heroes through struggles and obstacles, but this was excessive. To the point of gratuitous. And that’s not cool. When a whole demographic goes through this suffering in real fucking time.
I’m sick of seeing trauma endlessly tied to Annalise. They even showed her drinking again in her old age. WHAT IS THE POINT?
We have seen enough of her trauma since the damn pilot. Was it too much to show her win her case, take some time off, move and marry Teagan while the kids did their time? If anything it would inspire hope. That you can come back from all this shit; substance abuse, sexual abuse, and ostracization and come out on top and love yourself and own your sexuality and take a step back and mentor the future.
But no.
I have many things I liked and many things I disliked, but this...taking Frank and Bonnie from her and her ending...I hated.
Annalise forgiving herself is such a great evolution to her character arc. Peter Nowalk is such a god in the writers room, if he ever produces with Courtney A. Kemp who writes Power. It’d be the best show ever.

News | How To Get Away With Murder – Series Finale POST MORTEM

Honestly??? All the straight men on HTGAWM are terrifying. What's up with Nowalk?
