Okay, I'm going to be honest(Spoilers)

This season sucked.

13 Good things

1. Gay Alex

2. Zalex kiss, boating, breaking windows, saying I love you, etc.

3. Alex/Winston

4. Tyler being a cutie

5. The tape characters coming back in the last episode and them burying the tapes

6. The Standall family

7. Alex/Charlie getting prom kings(Even though I don't like them as a couple)

8. Zach studying music

9. Estela

10. The Alex/Winston scene outside of Monet's

11. Showing the riot over racist cops

12. Ryan flirting with Winston and Courtney teasing him about it

13. Zach saying he enjoyed the kiss

13 Bad things

1. Clay

2. Ani (Though not as much as last season)

3. The redemption arc of Monty

4. What happened to Justin

5. Clay meddling and telling things that weren't his to tell(*cough* Winston *cough*)

6. Clay breaking Alex's heart by telling him about Winston

7. Charlie and Alex. I really just didn't like them. They were a super cute couple, just really forced. It was basically like they needed a reason for Charlie to be there so they said let's have him have a crush on Alex and it work out

8. Clay being a worse narrator than Ani

9. No Zalex Endgame(Disappointed but not surprised)

10. Ani basically outing Alex

11. Clay doing all the things that were causing him anxiety

12. Tony not trusting Tyler

13. Diego

13 things I want to mention

1. I really liked Charlie as a character, but at the time, he called Tony a f*g seemingly before he knew he was bi (Could be wrong on timing there but idk)

2. You guys don't realize how much I missed Peter Standall last season so I am being fed

3. This one is a question, but do we ever learn what Alex is studying at college?

4. Zach not freaking out about the kiss and being sweet and telling Alex gently he didn't like guys and them being able to joke about it later.

5. Zach saving Alex...multiple times

6. Some appreciation for the only blue lives that matter: Sheriff Diaz and Deputy Bill Standall (Who also gets best parent award along with his incredible wife, Carolyn)

7. The scene between Zach and Winston

8. Scott fucking Reed showed up and I'm very happy!

9. Charlie and his cookies

10. Tony wanting to be better than Charlie and Alex, but also being proud of them

11. No one caring about Zach, like wtf

12. Also Zach playing Tiny Dancer by Elton John was beautiful and you can't tell me he didn't learn that song from Alex

13. Winston loving Alex

so basically peter found his new girlfriend and introduced her to his family. they spent the whole weekend at the standalls house and of course alex (and his boyfriend, nur unimportant) were there too to meet her and spend time together

at the end of the weekend the following happened

everyone is saying goodbye to peter and alison and when it's alex turn to say goodbye:

alex: *looks from alison to peter*

alex: it was nice meeting you, but you really couldn't find anything or well anyone better to spend the rest of your life with?

peter: what the hell-

peter: alex?

zach: babe, that was kinda rude

peter: yes, it was

peter: i love her

alex: *slightly smiling and now actually hugging his brother and his probably soon to be sister in law*

alex: dumbass, i was talking to her

.....

alex: seriously, if he forced or payed you to pretend to be his girlfriend, just give a sign

peter: you know, what fuck you alex

but they laugh about it. still to this day

Since the virus, I’ve been acclimating to never being alone at home... even now that the year’s almost up. It’s been weird, definitely. Justin’s around, of course.

Peter’s a different story. I didn’t think that I missed having  his dumb face around, especially since we’ve never really bonded the way people think brothers do. But it’s been surprisingly great. And I love him. I want you guys to know that.

FOREVER GUTTED WE ONLY GOT LIKE 15 SECONDS OF PETER STANDALL THIS SEASON >.< it's bad enough we only ever get an episode with a short scene with him in it but the season there was nothing to it :'( I WANT A STANDALL BROTHER MOMENT DAMN IT!!

I’m with you :( At least it was a nice family moment, but I would have loved to see more of Peter. Carolyn, too! :(

Episode 11: *Peter Standall appears*

Now that I think about it, this is bugging me.

Charlie had a full coming out scene with his dad and it was so beautiful and sweet.

Alex, on the other hand, had a coming out scene completely centered around Charlie.

I get he might have been nervous and Charlie being there might of helped, but coming out isn't for anyone else but yourself and the writers made everyone in that scene care only about Charlie(Peter starts talking about sports, Bill really only acknowledges him), except for when Alex is talking with his mom. I think this is a moment they robbed from Alex. Like I'm not even hating on Charlex, but that coming out was for Alex and it came off more as if Charlie was more important.

I also understand that they wanted to make it seem like it wasn't a big deal and they could just go on normally, which is amazing, but have Bill actually talk to his son. After Alex told them, Bill doesn't say a word to Alex, just talks to Charlie. Peter congratulates Alex, sure, but only because he's dating the quarterback. Maybe I'm the only one that thinks that this scene should've gone differently, but idk
