I made this orange-chocolate cake today. I’m very happy with the way it looks and I can’t wait to taste it. I filled it with a chocolate filling and an orangecurd 🤪

These may not be pastries but I like to cook almost as much as I like to bake. And Homemade pizza just really hits different. These pizza’s were so delicious, i’m never getting pizza hut again! 😍

Made some cakes today. These are called “Banananuts”, very easy to make and so jummy! 😋

Made a swiss roll today. It had an raspberry/ whipped cream filling and it was the perfect combination between sour and sweet 😋

I never tought that I would like peanut butter and chocolate together but I should admit that I was very wrong! This is one of the best bundt cakes I have ever made. I quite enjoyed the combination of these two flavors so I would highly recommend although I know that it is something that is quite regular in other country’s! Very happy with this result 😚

Made two sweet breads yesterday! The left one is a chocolate-nut bread and the one on the left is a sugar-bread! Very jummy in the morning as breakfast! It was the first time that I made sugar bread so it could use a little more sugar but for now I’m really satisfied! 🤗

I just got back from vacation! And I really missed baking so I got right back into it! 🤗 I had some frozen blackberry’s from the garden so I had to make some blackberry tarts! It’s filled with custard and a blackberry coulis. I topped it off with some almond whipped cream, fresh berry’s and a little bit of chocolate! Absolutely delicious 🤪

This Focaccia bread was truly amazing! The flavor just makes me so happy, I wish you could taste it! I used only fesh herbs from my garden. Basil, thyme and rosmary was just the perfect combination! And ofcourse lots of salt!
