   the grin on his lips is short lived, because    he immediately remembers that his lip is    split and smiling hurts. but he can’t help it.

seeing ravi makes him happy and being happy makes him smile.

                             ravi might act like he didn’t enjoy kai’s company && that, at any moment,                              he could leave && be F I N E .  && it was true—he C O U L D leave at any                              moment.

but being fine?                              HE’S BEEN A WRECK SINCE KAI WENT MISSING. 

         so when kai comes through the door—he’s not sure what to D O . he doesn’t          even know if it’s real or if he’s passed out  again  from staying up for a THIRD          night in the row.

Gladion stood from his seat, relieved that the auction was finally over and he could go on with his day. No more listening to Guzma’s snide comments under his breath or Plumeria’s judgement over any human displayed on the stage. As a matter of fact, he’d had about all of the vampire gang that he could handle for one day. So he’s quick to say his goodbyes and go to gather his own purchase so that he can go home and get some peace for a while.
