Your wonderful art inspired me to look into Livio/Razlo as a character and I quickly discovered (from my research, anyway) that he's a rather well-written depiction of DID. Like, Razlo isn't just 💫Evil Livio💫, he's an alter that manifested to protect him during a really shitty time in his life. Usually multiple personalities in anime (and most media tbh) isn't done particularly well and it made me hesitant to get fully invested in him. But now I adore him and I'm gonna go figure out how to draw him myself. So, thank you for putting me on this little journey and keep up the good work 💕💕

Razlo definitely isn’t evil but in my interpretation he’s definitely not a good person either- (if I could give him an alignment I’d say Chaotic Neutral haha) He’s all about starting and engaging in conflict and combat, and is incredibly obnoxious, rude and vulgar- in canon probably the only person who he truly loves/cares about is Livio and likely his primary motivations to do anything aside from his own interests with fighting is to appease Livio’s wants (which leads into some of my own headcannons on why that might not be the best thing ever but that isn’t the subject rn pfffffft)- but anyways yeah, Razlo’s not evil but he’s a real big fuckin asshole
For me since I don’t have DID and know very little about it and that the manga doesn’t clearly state what LR are I don’t really delve into that headcannon since it’s a fairly sensitive topic- how Razlo came to be and what LR’s dynamic is could be left up to all kinds of interpretations but I do agree that their dynamic isn’t the per usual fictional stereotype, and if DID is anyone’s interpretation of LR then hell’s yeah to that
I do think tho by following Livio’s example Razlo is more than capable of being somewhat decent in the moment
