Okay so I've seen the names Dan and Phil for like 3 years and I'm curious cause it seems to have a huge fanbase! Would you mind giving me a quick guide as to what makes them so popular, special, what their content is?

From what I got till now is that they're youtubers from the beginning of yt (correct me if I'm wrong) and that people shipped them and and then recently they came out as being in a relationship for years!

I hope this isn't too wierd of an ask but I'm curious as to what the hype is about! 🤗

Okay so Dan and Phil are very complicated it has been 16 years since they started posting together

But they basically used to make gaming content on their joint channel or vlogs and other stuff on their own channels

Then they came out in 2019 and went on a joint Channel hiatus Dan posted like 4 times in 2022 Phil posted consistently throughout

Then they came back with the gaming channel im 2023 (?) and posted gaming stuff for 3 years till last October when they came out as a couple to the world officially

They now have a podcast a Patreon and make random stuff (honestly i don’t even know)

But they are so loveable and easy to watch you just sorta have to try it out !
