No Bronze Left Behind Ep. 1 (by Haedrix)
First!
This blog is going to serve as my way to communicate to the people of DWAI the internal things going on with DWAI. It will also communicate my ideas, which may or may not be enacted in the future.
I won't be able to say everything, but I do believe in being upfront with how the company is going at any one point in time. For those of you who don't know, I am Decavolty, the acting CEO (actually VP) of DWAI Gaming.
A little bit about me, I'm 25 years old (I just turned 25 on the 12th of January), I mostly play League of Legends, Skyrim, Rust, and other RPG/survival/MOBA games, and I also love all sorts of music. I've been in DWAI since around this time last year. I've gotten to know and love a lot of people through the thick and thin of everything that has gone on in this time. I've grown happy with the amazing turnout we've had on our game nights, our draft nights, and our Solo Queue Tournaments. I've watched us grow, fracture, and grow again from the ashes. We've gone from ~40 people on Raidcall at any one time to 10, and back up again to have over 100 at one point!
My goals as long as I am in this position is to continue having the growth that we do, keep it steady, avoid conflict with anybody. We're going to do this by continuing to do our thing with Teams, with our Events, and with our Coaching. I feel like these three things are integral to our success as a company, and as a community, people just love them.

I'm really glad I play with Ryan, Kellon, Clia, Megan, and the others on a regular basis. Everything has just been shit lately and while they don't know much about it, if anything, playing with them helps. Great friends, great players, and just great people in general. Thanks guys.
Won 9 out of 11 ranked games today
Duo'd with Epicadin for the second half of them and we won his promo out of Plat V and he skipped straight into Plat III. Hopefully I'll be in Gold II by next week.
I'm now: 18W - 7L w/ Zac 15W - 5L w/ Gragas 8W - 0L w/ Brand and my Zed mechanics are getting better again. Went 22/5/7 as Zed Mid even with laning against an Ahri (who is harder for Zed to kill than most opponents).
Brand is fucking OP though. I think the next guide I do will be a Brand guide.
So I laned against Amatuer Pro ggLA Palmer today . And won. What. This is why a love playing with Phaetox and the group.
