The more I think about it the more happy I am. Dan and Phil know what we want and have been steadily giving us more and more of exactly what we want. They went on tour, met thousands of their fans and got to know their fanbase so much better. They found out that their fanbase is older and more queer than they thought. They know that we crave honesty and authenticity. We want more interaction between the two of them. We want domestic stuff. And that is exactly what they have been giving us. They’ve been shedding protective layers and baring themselves to us more and more.

Whatever their new plans are, it’s something that they think we actually want. And to be honest, this is the point in their career when they finally might now what we want very well. All of the things they are ending are things that started out so long ago, when everything was different. I trust them to give us something truly exceptional in 2019, I honestly can’t wait to move into this post-II universe.
