Ok so I've never had sleep paralysis but when I was younger I woke up and I swear I saw the face of a smiling young woman inches off my face and she was just staring at me and in the blink of an eye she was gone And then last month I had my first experience with a shadow person. Almost like an elongated shadow with what appeared to be antlers or horns. No face, no eyes, no gender. Not even a bad vibe. Just a spooky, empty shadow. But I'm still spooked by all of it. Just figured I'd post this here. I'd like to hear of your experiences if you've had anything similar happen??
