Is it true? Creepypasta | more in depth

Fresh Flesh Post Adressing Creepypasta Fandom, issues, concerns, and more. #1

A user that goes by the name Stellar posted a TikTok video on January 1 of 2025. In the post the text reads;

“ wtf is happening on Creepypasta tumblr. Ask boxes were turned off because people planned on sending child p*rn and gore. There already are so few Creepypasta Creators anymore and their trying to wash them out, for what? ”

So I’ve came back on here to not only address it, but to see if what Stellar said is true. So far, I have not seen any posts from Creepypasta artists talking about receiving p*rn and a few people even responded to my first post asking about it. Some said it hasn’t happened to them yet and it might just be them, while another mentions it has not happened to them or any of their Creepypasta buddies as far as their aware. Mentioning how how the person might just be fear mongering, and it might just be a specific person it’s happening to.

Stellar does however reply to one comment under their TikTok post. The question asks; if it’s only happening on blogs that have their images turned on for asks,

Stellar replied saying; “ it’s super graphic ones are going through the images on ones. However I think I can assume harassment might go through a regular ask box. ”

Still no evidence has been provided to support Stellar’s statement.

I also wanted to address the part where Stellar mentions; there being fewer Creepypasta Creators and them being “washed out.”

Creepypasta Creators are not probably not leaving due to receiving P*rn or Gore in their ask box’s. Turning off their ask boxes is understandable response to receiving inappropriate things in ask box’s.

However the reason why most Creators leave; is actually due to the Creepypasta fan base. I’ll go more into depth on what I mean in another post. Because this posts main focus is on addressing the Tumblr Ask Box situation and weather its true or not.

The comments under Stellars TikTok were not filled of people agreeing with what Stellar was saying but instead with people who were confused on what she was talking about. Only one person in the whole comment section wasn’t confused but they didn’t exactly confirm what Stellar was saying to be true. Here’s what the comment states;

“ unfortunately happens to blogs more often then you’d think, happens a couple times a year :( had several instances of it on my old rp blog (Roleplay blog) it’s so bizarre and gross. ”

The comment didn’t confirm wether this is actually happening to Creepypasta Bloggers, but did confirm that things like that have happened to others on tumblr. In the commenters case his old roleplay account.

Until evidence comes out or is found of this happening we can not be certain wether this is actually happening or just fear mongering.
