July 7th, 2020 | Finally back at working on my thesis for real! Yesterday I had a Teams appointment with my advisor and I mentionned getting a PhD for the first time... He sounded supportive and that's such a relief!

Can a person be happier than after the exams are done?

Probably there are hundreds of other reasons to be so happy. But right now I feel like I am enjoying every single minute of this life. And I think in some way it’s kinda an addiction. You wanna have this feeling again

One of the reasons why I am considering doing a PhD is because I really wanna experience this feeling after the defense - it must be in thousands time better than the one after the exams. hahaha Do 4 or even 5 years of suffering worth it?

So If I schedule my GREs in August, that should give me comfortable time to study

That would mean I would study less, not procrastinate about it, and get shit done. My biggest concern is reviewing math -not because I cannot do it, but outside of my methods class, my math time has been limited to one statistics class since high school, but the knowledge to do it and do it well is in there.
