#phone time

I seriously need to go to bed because my eyes hurt so bad and I haven't slept properly in days but I also haven't had much phone time recently and I want that too

You know I can't say I'm at my best with the phone. Like I'm still addicted to it and I still have problems scrolling and scrolling and using social media. But since I left twitter and instagram?? I enjoy so much more my phone time. I now only use tumblr and pinterest and a bit of youtube (and juuust sometimes tiktok when im with my partner) and I'm so much more happy.

I don't wanna romanticize fucking social media but tumblr makes me laugh and see art and things that make me go "oohh" and in pinterest i see great art (tho no artists....) whereas fucking twitter made me MAD and SAD and too in contact with politics but in a poor manner. And instagram filled me with envy tbh.

I think I can say this is a great step up :) and thanks to a now-gone obsession to MINESWEEPER

My mother's phone is in black and white and it's the most depressing thing to interact with ever

I know it's like "oh put your phone in greyscale to reduce how much you use it!" But golly i get so irrationally upset when I have to use it and it's Like That

I have two hours left of my bus ride and I’m going to challenge myself to not use my phone for those two hours a soon as I finish the vid that I was watching on imperialism
