Trump’s Campaign Is Short on Cash. Its Solution Could Cost Him the Election.

Trump’s persistent cash flow problem has been an issue at least since Joe Biden dropped out of the race in July.

Things I have learned from being on both sides of the "I want you to support my candidate" equation: 1. People like to be asked for their vote. No one likes being demanded for their vote. 2. People who are considering other candidates than you often have good reasons for doing so, based on their deeply-held beliefs, knowledge, and lived experience that might be different from yours in ways you do not know. Try to listen, like really LISTEN to where they are coming from (their reasons might be very different than you assume). A little humility goes a long way and no one has a monopoly on wisdom. 3. Kindness matters. As does not looking the other way from shitty behavior by those who share your views on the candidates. There may come a point where someone who supports another candidate has their candidate drop out and they will remember who was yelling at them and telling them their candidate was the devil. I will be putting all of these lessons into effect when I knock on doors one more time this weekend for #TeamWarren before the state redacted primary on March 10. And if you are someone who just had a candidate you love drop out, I truly empathize. It sucks to not get to vote for the candidate you love and have to settle for someone who you don't think is the best. If you want to hear my pitch for Elizabeth Warren, let me know. If you just want to be left alone to feel bummed, I totally get that too.
