Guess who found snail eggs!!!
I've moved most of the snails to a fish bowl I was going to keep scuds and shrimp in before I realized how much easier the 5gal would be to manage. It has an anubias and some wood, and I throw dead plant trimmings in there. They love it! They've even figured out how to climb the rounded glass really quick!
This is great because they can sort their population out in there without me stressing about a billion snails in my tank.
I still need to get a ring to contain the floaters in the tank, but I've also figured out how to get my siphon working w/o sucking on it.
We WILL get shrimps and a big snail! Someday.
