i guess what we fail to acknowledge is that it’s easy to be positive when almost everything is already in the right place and all you need is just a little more push to be at your best.. when youre in your lowest and everything is in chaos, it is a struggle to be hopeful no matter how hard you try; because thats just the way it is. So be patient with yourself. It’s okay to not be okay, to lose hope for a while, to feel empty. give yourself time to grieve, to rest in the comfort of sadness and loneliness. deep down you know you can rise again and make it. It’s just a matter of time.

Do you ever get the feeling when everything’s right but nothing feels like it? You know its anxiety eating you up alive again. You can’t stop thinking and worrying because there’s no way to fix something that is nothing. Crazy, right? You obsess about NOTHING. But it stays in your head like an isolated rain cloud committed to follow you for days, weeks, months, or who knows? years… It doesn’t really pour; it’s just dark, cold, and you are the only one who sees it; it warns for a storm… you’re constantly preparing and anticipating but it never hits. AHHHH.
