Seeing as I haven't actually played the sims in a little while, I thought I'd pick up the scenario "New In Town" and have a little fun with that.

Of course, Farrah Nouvel needs somewhere to live, so I renovated Piccola Luce in Tartosa for her. Upstairs has been converted into a studio apartment for Farrah to rent out to bring in a little extra cash while she gets herself established in Tartosa.

Always place the lot from Build Mode and with bb.moveobjects on. Go into the location you want to place the lot, then place it (either from your library or the gallery directly)

This is the upstairs studio apartment in Piccola Luce. It's small, yes, but there's a decent sized wrap-around balcony, and when you're looking out onto that view....
