Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups crushed Oreo cookies. 1/3 cup melted butter. 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips. 1 cup heavy cream. 1/4 cup powdered sugar. 1 tsp vanilla extract. 8 oz cream cheese. 1 cup powdered sugar. 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter optional. 1 1/2 cups whipped cream. Additional Oreo cookies for decoration optional.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Allow it to cool slightly. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and 1/4 cup powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Fold in the melted chocolate and vanilla extract. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar until smooth. If desired, mix in the creamy peanut butter for a peanut butter twist. Ingredients: 1 lb ground lamb. 1 cup diced carrots. 1 cup frozen peas. 1/2 cup diced onion. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup tomato paste. 1 cup beef broth. 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. 2 tbsp BBQ sauce. 4 cups mashed potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Turn on the oven and heat it up to 400F 200C. Brown the ground lamb in a pan over medium heat. Put in the minced garlic and diced onions and cook until the onions are soft. Beef broth, BBQ sauce, and tomato paste should all be mixed in. Add the carrots and peas after adding the beef broth. Keep cooking until the vegetables are soft. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put the lamb mixture in a baking dish. Cover the lamb mixture with the mashed potatoes. Put it in an oven that is already hot and bake it for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top is golden brown. Take it out of the oven, let it cool a bit, and then serve it hot.
