anyone got any headcanons re: nerissa’s characterisation before her downfall? there’s so little canon evidence in the comics nor the cartoon to support her having any kind of personality outside of power-hungry murderess so i’d love to hear any takes!

#literally. any takes lol #w.i.t.c.h.#nerissa crossnic #nerissa #w.i.t.c.h #i've seen her characterised as a popular mean girl and a meek bookish nerd and plenty of other things before but she's especially hard to #pin down #like she couldn't have started out as power-mad and deranged #that never would have worked with the whole guardian dynamic #i think she definitely had a certain kind of gravitas and charisma before the heart chose her #but it's hard to imagine her as anything like will i.e a relatable character with flaws and insecurities and shortcomings ?????#i'm trying to think of where she'd fit in with the rest of the dynamic but 1. it's hard to imagine yan lin a teenager 2. cassidy's character #isation is vague at best and 3. i don't really remember much about kadma and halinor #except that they are in love lol #as cassidy and nerissa were #you can pry those ships from my cold dead hands
