Ingredients: 4 glazed donuts. 1 pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into rings. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 1/4 cup melted butter. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Vanilla ice cream. Whipped cream. Maraschino cherries. Chocolate syrup.
Instructions: Set your grill's temperature to medium-high. To make the glaze, combine the brown sugar, melted butter, and vanilla extract in a small bowl. After applying the glaze mixture to the pineapple rings, grill them. Sear for two to three minutes on each side, or until they develop grill marks and a hint of caramelization. Halve the glazed donuts lengthwise while grilling the pineapple. Put the donut halves, cut side down, on the grill and cook for one to two minutes, or until toasted and lightly charred.
