A quick trip to Pinevew Reservoir to catch some perch!

I've been really wanting to fly fish more but due to schedules and everything else I haven't been able to until recently. Today I had some time so I decided I want to go fish for perch, which I've never done before. I headed up to Pineview Reservoir and went to an old spot I hadn't been to for a long time. It turned out to be a great spot for perch because I caught about 12 in the first 20 minutes! The picture is of the very first perch I have ever caught in my life and the very first perch I've ever caught on a fly rod! There's something extremely satisfying about catching a fish on a fly rod using a fly you made yourself.

When I say Pineview is a small town I really mean it - we'll start with one household. Meet the first 4 residents in the following posts.

Welcome to Pinewood! A very, very small town not too far from Sim City.

Rules? Who needs those anyways? Pineview's only rule is rotational gameplay. And to keep ages totally in sync I'll play each household for exactly 1 day - and each season is exactly 1 day. So it'll be short rounds.

I'll start posting here on Tumblr but I might start a DW for a better overview later.
