Im just going to state this now: Toby teased the ship in his own game, meaning likelihood is its fine.

Neither characters have a confirmed age, Kris is ambiguously in highschool, could be 18 for all we know. Mew mew is a ghost, and her body is a freaking doll.

Its really not worth the debate, if you dont like the ship that's fine, but dont be a killjoy.
