I feel like there’s this bad stigma around law school or just schools in general that if you’re not stressed out all the time you must be doing something wrong.
I think following a good routine that works for you and carving out time to take care of yourself is essential to making sure you don’t burn out quickly.
Yes times will get stressful as some readings are long or some material is difficult to understand but stress does not have to define your experience as a student.
If you are stressed, talk to someone. The worst thing I did while in undergrad was keep my feelings to myself. I felt alone in my stress which caused me to go down a spiral of anxiety. Being open about what cases me stress has help me become more self aware and more sure of who I am in the context of my academic endeavors.
If you ever need someone to talk to, my inbox is always open!
I hope this post finds you well 💕
