Is there any specific reason people have been assigning the "cat eyes" from TMAGP 38 to Heinrich Unheimlich? Like I always assumed it was some rando trying to offload a cursed toy, or at best working FOR Heinrich, since

1. He doesn't seem the type to go out in public of his own accord

2. I doubt he'd go to a parent first, over talking to a child (he didn't even scare the little girl, what use is that to him?)

3. It wasn't a toy specially made for her, so there was also no reason for him to gift it to her personally like that

Idk maybe I'm reading too much into it but imo this Cat Eyes Guy is at best another External type, but not our boy Heinrich.

I don't think he's that desperate, especially since it was still the 90s and before the internet really took off
