That means weighing and measuring. Absolutely no change in any of the measurements and I only lost 100g 🤪 [⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀] 28/05/2018: Chest 100.5cm. Hips 103cm. Waist 89cm. Bum 110cm. Weight 85.1kg. [⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀] I am really surprised because I’m ok with that. I’m not guttered at all. My reaction confirms for me that I really am wanting to focus on eating healthier and being fitter. I am definitely less bloated eating low FODMAP and have more energy (despite my cold!). And I did do a sneaky weigh in mid week and was down a kg so that just shows how much my weight can fluctuate. [⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀] Today I’m on a restricted diet of clear liquids only ahead of my procedure tomorrow. I am starting to get really 🤬 nervous now.
