I hate being my own worst enemy.
Imagine falling backwards ten years thanks to a blow in the face. That was me, all yesterday. All I wanted to do was act out and cry like a child. The phrase "I'll never grow up!" never run more painfully through my veins.
The wounds are still fresh, however, and of course I saw something today I wish I hadn't. It's just so appallingly there despite all my efforts to ignore it or convince Brach to get rid of it.
He's pretty good at triggering me. THis isn't even the first time he's knowingly shown something that would make me feel uncomfortable. A certain Zelda romhack comes to mind.
But you know what? From pain and suffering comes inspiration. An idea... maybe even a vague direction which I want to take? I've never felt less like myself than yesterday. But at the same time, I've never felt so... monstrous before.
I know what direction I'm going in when I complete my Pirate Arc on Twitch. I don't appear to be very scary. But that's because you have no idea what I can dream of, the very darkest parts of my mind are paved with manners and politeness.
When I reveal my inner self, you will be afraid. Very, very afraid. Or at least entertained. I can't make any promises; I'm not your mother. Unless you're Noodle, then I am very much your mother. :3
