brownsunbisexual responded: I have a very similar theory - a lot of the intracommunity discourse on here is started by whites and viciously continued by whites… of course there are some sincere aspects of the discourse too but like, by and large lgbt poc don’t spend nearly as much time talking about these things.

And you’re right - it’s because they want to pretend that they are oppressed “just as much” as people of color are, because they don’t think racism is an oppression in its own realm/own class. It’s exhausting!
