Noriyaki Kakyoin, in sprite form
Kakyoin is a good character, hes personally not my favorite, but I did this solo sprite of him because I kinda did not like how he came out on the Stardust Crusader photo sprite set I did so this was sort of to redeem that lol. He is in CVS style as opposed to CPS3 (which I have a hard time with)
