Putting pizza in a waffle iron makes these pizza pockets fun. Easy to make, they're great for a quick meal or snack.
Ingredients: 1 can refrigerated pizza dough. 1/2 cup pizza sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices. 1/4 cup sliced black olives. 1/4 cup diced bell peppers. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms. 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano. 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder. 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes optional. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Warm up your waffle iron and use cooking spray to lightly coat it. Cut the pizza dough into four squares that are all the same size. Put one square of pizza dough on a waffle iron that has already been heated up. Put some pizza sauce on top, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top. Then add pepperoni slices, onions, mushrooms, olives, bell peppers, and any seasonings you like. Place another square of pizza dough on top and seal the pocket by pressing the edges together. It will take about 4 to 5 minutes of cooking, or until the pizza pocket is golden brown and the cheese melts. Take the pizza pocket out of the waffle iron carefully and let it cool a bit before you serve it. Do it again with the rest of the dough and fillings. Add extra pizza sauce to the waffle iron pizza pockets so that people can dip them in it.

Make a delicious pizza with the roast beef you have left over. This recipe makes a tasty and filling meal by combining soft roast beef slices with classic pizza toppings.
Ingredients: 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade. 1 cup leftover roast beef, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup tomato sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup sliced red onions. 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers red, green, or yellow. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 475F 245C. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Evenly distribute the leftover roast beef slices, red onions, and bell peppers over the cheese. Sprinkle the minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the toppings. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Drizzle the olive oil over the pizza for added flavor. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve hot, and enjoy your delicious leftover roast beef pizza!
