Ingredients: 1 pound of pizza dough. 1/2 cup of pizza sauce. 1 1/2 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/2 cup of cooked sausage crumbles. 1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni. 1/4 cup of sliced black olives. 1/4 cup of sliced green bell peppers. 1/4 cup of sliced onions. 1/4 cup of sliced mushrooms. 1/4 cup of sliced pickled jalapeos. 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese. 1 tablespoon of olive oil. 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning. 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder. Salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 425F 220C. Grease a 10-inch cast-iron skillet with olive oil. Press the pizza dough evenly into the bottom and up the sides of the skillet to create a deep-dish crust. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Layer the cooked sausage, pepperoni, black olives, green bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, and pickled jalapeos on top of the cheese. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese over the toppings. Drizzle olive oil over the cheese and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Remove the skillet from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the hot pizza. Make a delicious pizza with the roast beef you have left over. This recipe makes a tasty and filling meal by combining soft roast beef slices with classic pizza toppings.
Ingredients: 1 pizza dough store-bought or homemade. 1 cup leftover roast beef, thinly sliced. 1/2 cup tomato sauce. 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese. 1/4 cup sliced red onions. 1/4 cup sliced bell peppers red, green, or yellow. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tablespoon olive oil. 1 teaspoon dried oregano. Salt and pepper to taste. Fresh basil leaves for garnish optional.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 475F 245C. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and transfer it to a pizza stone or baking sheet. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the pizza dough, leaving a small border for the crust. Sprinkle half of the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Evenly distribute the leftover roast beef slices, red onions, and bell peppers over the cheese. Sprinkle the minced garlic, dried oregano, salt, and pepper over the toppings. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Drizzle the olive oil over the pizza for added flavor. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired. Serve hot, and enjoy your delicious leftover roast beef pizza!
