I was scrolling the Nicobaster tag and decided I havent done lethaly cringy shit in too long. I cant let you guys think im a well adjusted individual or something. So sit down, its time for story time with Janus.
When I was younger, I used to try and come up with how I thought books would go LONG before I read them. So when I first heard of Son of Magic, at the ripe age of I think 10??? I came up with my cringy idea that only a 10 year old could look at and think 'yeah, thats cool' with a straight face!
That im now gonna tell you. Cause I dont embarrass myself enough on this app.
I knew his name was Alabaster, that he was a son of Hecate, and that hed been exiled from camp. So in my head I thought 'if hes a son of Hecate who got exiled, he mustve done something bad with magic!'
So my 10 year old self proceeded to spit out the idea that Alabaster Torrington was a demigod son of Hecate, but somehow discovered a magic he wasnt supposed to, was exiled by the gods for it, and for a time I thought itd be cool if he was immortal and forced to carry out an eternal sentence of watching everyone he loves die.
Though I did imagine him with brown hair and green eyes, and pretty similar clothing to what he wore.
Anyway. There's no lesson here. Just me at 10(?) years old being dissapointed that a teenager wasnt forced into immortality to watch his family die.
