The Plaguebringer arose from the natural decay that blanketed the land at the start of the Third Age and is one of the youngest gods in Flight Rising, being only older than the Arcanist. She reigns over the Scarred Wasteland and the Plague Flight. Not much is known about her aside from her constant fighting with her sister, the Gladekeeper, and she hasn't really interacted with the other gods. But what is known is that she desires to spread disease and infection throughout the land.
For some time, she warred with the Gladekeeper, who desired to bring life and healing to the land, which brought them into conflict. But their fighting was put to an end when the old gods were released from their slumber, and they fled in opposite directions to preserve themselves. The Plaguebringer now resides in the Scarred Wasteland, watching over her "children" and experimenting with new contagions to release upon the world.

There is no nuance button, if your answer is some variation of ‘I would if X’ then the answer is yes.
Shadowbinder putting herself between Plaguebringer and Gladekeeper's territories like "Alright, that's enough ladies—"
She can't stop their arguments entirely, but at least they're not sitting DIRECTLY next to each other.
