Updated lolligo home planet map!!!!!

This took longer than it should have. At least it’s a improvement from the last map.

I decided to add the different main cultures onto the map as well. I might go over the different cultures in a different post but definitely not now.

A commission for @maoyuuki - a map/reference sheet for a planet that was featured in some of the previous commissions! It's the same little planet that the starry wolf and the sun butterfly found and brought to life!

i enjoyed working on this commission a lot, and it was a nice challenge to find the balance between realistic render, vivid colours and stylized proportions (so that the main geographical features may be seen)

Ghostring, map of the planet surface (Marooned on Ghostring, Judges Guild Traveller supplement, 1981) This easily could be adapted for any game -- change the scale and it becomes Atlantis or a pirate archipelago

Was doing some world building today and had to update my previous Binitu drawings to be more accurate!

I like the new names for continents, very keyboard smash but also influenced by general Snevari phonetics. And Velithian.

Info on the Batheypel project.

The Batheypel project takes place on a life bearing moon that orbits a gas giant. The moon named Batheypel is 3.45 times as big as earth with 3.25 gs. The average temperature of this planet is 43 Fahrenheit.

Due to the Orbit of the planet the night is much longer than the day. The Orbit being twice as fast as a rotation a full Orbit being 9 hours while a day last 18 hours.

Due to the gas giant reflecting light there is actually 2 kinds of night on this planet. Twilight night where the planet faces the side of the gas giant with sunlight and has the light reflected onto the planet creating a bright "night". The second night is when the moon faces away from the gas giant.

Edit- I forgot to talk about the atmosphere but it's similar to ancient earth as of now with close to 25% oxygen and with a sprinkle of hydrogen sulfide cause my little beast need that extra energy to use.
