This was my jam back in '02! All things Kingdom Hearts rocked my world, especially the soundtracks (You rock, Yoko Shimomura). I love all of the instrumentals, particularly 'Hollow Bastion', 'Sinister Shadows', 'Darkness of the Unknown', 'Riku', 'Vim & Vigor', & 'It Began With A Letter'... yeah, it's like that), but the main theme, besides 'Dearly Beloved', really got me going. Especially this remix. I wanted to attach the Japanese version, but I couldn't find it... Boo. Otherwise, it's just upbeat and leaves me with a distinct sense of nostalgia. "You're giving me too many things lately. You're all I need... Simple and clean is the way that you're making me feel tonight. It's hard to let it go. Hold me, whatever lies beyond this morning is a little later on. Regardless of warnings, the future doesn't scare me at all. Nothing's like before." If you have played KH, you understand how it fits in with the story within the story. If you haven't played it, what are you waiting for?? A great track for your J-Pop collection no doubt.
