Picture on the left is my next project. I’ve taken quite a long break from my last project that ended up in the garbage, I wanted to wait until I actually felt like sewing again. So the pattern on the left is a vintage pattern that I bought for 25sek (~3$). I’m going to make the sleeves longer (probably 3/4) and have a regular half-circle or 3/4-circle skirt, without ruffles.

The picture on the right are two fabric samples that I received today. The fabric with lily of the valley’s on is going to be like a t-shirt dress for spring/summer. The fabric on the right I wasn’t expecting to love as much as I am. Both fabrics are really expensive compared to what I normally buy so now I’m just like 😫😫

Well its official.  The money is definitely ours, I get to keep it.  I went online today and paid all my debt off.  All of it.  After paying my monthly expenses, I have about 300 left for food and gasoline for the next 2 weeks.  Its not a LOT of money, but when I’ve been living with 100 for the same time span and trying to make that work, it feels like a breather.  A small one.

My mind has stopped staring in stunned silence and has started worrying about the things I need to budget for now that I have the ABILITY to try to budget for things.  I’m debating contacting a contractor next week to start getting my first estimate on the banister situation.  That will likely take a while to settle, I should get a better idea what I’m looking at financially.

For now though, I’m very tired and have a big day ahead of me tomorrow what with that wedding to deal with and Seth to take on the drive.  I’m concerned and tired and feel overwhelmed and overstimulated.  So, I’m going to go to bed.  And I’m not turning on my alarm.  Tomorrow is Saturday.

hihi reading the tags on all the reblogs of my "Storybrooke Magazine" cover is really fun, I guess people like it :) (It was really a fun thing to make!)

So I'm thinking about doing magazine covers for every new episode (or when a major spoiler is released), with the spoilers and things that happened in the previous episode (as some sort of recap). It might be a fun way to keep me busy between episodes and the reminder of this hiatus :')
