THROWBACK GOOD TIMES AT VIVA LAS VEGA'S AND THE DAIRY/MEAT INDUSTRY I had such a good time here with @_balancelle who is working for Viva Las Vega's while still being aware of how much animals are harmed due to dairy and meat consumption. At a food fair you could see 3 videos of animals in the food industry. You could choose to see cows, chickens or the cows in the dairy industry. I chose to watch the one of the dairy industry. What exactly do we define as cruelty-free? If you think that the cows in the dairy industry have it much better you're wrong. I actually thought that for a while but it's so not the case. Their only existence is to produce milk so they make sure that they get pregnant all the time and when their baby's are born they take them away from their mothers over and over again. The cow needs to produce milk till she gets old and is for no use anymore. She then goes to her final destinaton, the slaughter house. The female calf will suffer the same life as her mother. This post is not a judging one but one to be aware that it’s not only about eating animals but also what impact we have on animals when we use what’s theirs to begin with. Be aware of what happens in the food industry, how animals are treated, the mass production of meat, dairy and how some of us eat so much of it while there are parts in the world where they can't even have a good meal at all. Lets just think about all of that. Because the fact is that we don't even need it anyway... Have an awareness Tuesday 💚🌱 - - - #veganfortheplanet #vegan #veganism #veganisme #afrovegan #blackvegan #blackandvegan #veganforlife #dairyindustry #veganfood #veganistisch #veganistischeten #veganistischkoken #veganlife #veganlifestyle #veganlove #greenlife #consciousness #awareness #bewustwording #veganliving #greenfood #veggies #vegetables #plantbased #plantaardig #plantaardigeten #plantaardigleven #throwback #tb (bij Jaarbeurs)
