》Start by placing either a sprig of fresh Rosemary or a teaspoon of dried Rosemary in a bowl of water large enough to rinse your hands.

》Let it soak for a few minutes.

》When it's ready, take a few deep breaths and focus on your Intention to cleanse their energy and prepare them for Healing Magick.

》Bathe your hands in the water for atleast twenty seconds.

》You can say an Incantation aloud if you so desire, such as

"I cleanse my hands of any negative or unnecessary energy. I release anything that is not conducive to Healing, and charge my hands with the Healing power of Water and Rosemary. As I will it, so shall it be. Blessed be."

》Perform your Spell when you're finished cleansing and dispose of the water afterwards by thanking, and pouring it onto, the Earth ✨
