Klarion was ecstatic (albeit immensely confused).
The smartphone had been placed neatly on his bed, and he quite literally let out a little squawk of merriment upon noticing it. He had seen so many people in the Blue Rafters and in the Hive use one of these technological wonders, but he never had the opportunity to snatch one. But now!!!
He was unstoppable.
Not that he had any idea what purpose it served, or how it functioned. With wary excitement, Klarion did a poor man’s imitation of what he had seen most others do with one of these things: haphazardly and rapidly tapping on the screen. (This was a far longer process than it should have been; it took him quite a bit before realizing he could not activate it with gloves on.)
