I am tempted to learn the lute and then take my friend who knows witchcraft and my other friend who reads tarot cards and gather every whimsical person we can find then we all disappear into the woods to be fae. Eating delicious foods, making our own beautiful flowy clothes, picking flowers, dancing for days, and scaring passersby and stealing their names. All while defying any idea of gender of course. And all birth / legal names are discarded, your true name is whatever name you like. And even then you get to make up a new name to tell someone is your name practically every time we encounter someone new because obviously you’re not going to give them your true name (unless you want to). And we can’t lie and those who we kidnap away just get to be fae with us and we spend eternity having fun and affecting the seasons with magic. Anyone want to join me? Let’s just go. Go be fae.
